ANSO MEMBERSHIP

Membership Term

• The membership requires a six (6) month initial commitment, allowing adequate time to achieve optimal treatment results.

• Each monthly membership credit is valid for 90 days from the date it is issued.

• Memberships and membership credits are transferable for a $25 transfer fee per membership credit transferred.

Payment

• Membership fees are billed on the membership activation date and every 30 days after that

• A 4.5% sales tax applies to all services

• A 3% card processing fee applies to card payments

Cancellation

• The Member may cancel this membership by providing 30 days notice via email to sofia@annsofia.com

• Memberships will be canceled effective 30 days after receiving a cancellation request
  

Minimum Commitment

• Memberships require a minimum of six (6) monthly payments.

• If the Member cancels before completing the initial six-month commitment, the Member agrees to pay the difference between the current full retail price of all services received and the total membership fees paid to date.

Use of Credits After Cancellation

• Any unused membership credits may be used for 90 days following the membership end date.

• After this 90-day period, all unused membership credits will expire.

• Unused credits cannot be converted to a gift card, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

Membership Pause Policy

• Frequency: Members may pause their membership once per calendar year after completing the initial six (6) month commitment.

• Duration: Memberships may be paused for up to three (3) months.

• Billing: No membership fees will be charged, and no new membership credits will be issued during the pause.

• Resuming Membership: After three (3) months, the membership will automatically resume. If the Member chooses not to continue, the membership will be canceled and the Membership Cancellation Policy will apply.
