ANSO MEMBERSHIP

Membership Term

• Membership can be used within one year of the starting month

• The membership requires a 6-month initial commitment, giving you time to see real results

• Membership and credits are transferable with a $25 transfer fee.

Payment

• Membership fees are billed on the membership activation date and every 30 days after that

• All credits must be used within one year of the starting membership month.

Cancellation

• The Member may cancel this membership by providing 30 days notice via email to anso.spa@gmail.com

• Memberships will be canceled effective 30 days after receiving a cancellation request
  

  Minimum Commitment

• Memberships require a minimum of six (6) monthly payments.

• If a Member cancels before completing six payments, they must pay the difference between the membership
  price and the regular treatment price for any services already used

  Use of Credits After Cancellation

• Following cancellation, the Member has one (1) month to use any remaining credits.

  • Any unused credits after this period will be converted into a gift card based on the amount paid.

  • The gift card is valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.

  • Discounts do not apply after cancellation; the gift card reflects the amount paid.
