Cancellation Policy
We have a 16 hr cancellation policy.
If you cancel, reschedule, or move your appointment within 16 hours of your scheduled time, the full service price will be charged.
This applies to any reason and to all no-shows.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, with the full service fee applied.
We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment to check in and get settled. New clients, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms.

Services
If you’re not satisfied with your service, please let us know by texting at 917-900-8600 or email us to sofia@annsofia.com. While we don’t provide refunds for services, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to address your concerns.
Products
Your satisfaction matters to us. For products that are lightly used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

At Anso Med Spa, we aim to create a welcoming and professional environment for everyone - clients and team members alike. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, aggression, or harassment. Actions that compromise our safe space may result in removal from our community.
Release of Liability and Waiver
By receiving treatments at Anso Med Spa, you acknowledge the potential risks involved and agree to release Anso Med Spa from any liability. It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions that could affect your treatment and to update us with any changes.
