More Than 24 Hours Before Your Appointment
If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, simply log into your account or call us at 917-900-8600. We’re here to help.
Within 24 Hours of Your Appointment
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 fee. To cancel, please call us as soon as possible to notify your treatment provider.
Late Policy
We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment to check in and get settled. New clients, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms.
Running late? Please call us to let us know. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or a cancellation with a $50 fee.
Return Policy
Services
If you’re not satisfied with your service, please let us know by texting at 917-900-8600 or email us to sofia@annsofia.com. While we don’t provide refunds for services, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to address your concerns.
Products
Your satisfaction matters to us. For products that are lightly used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

By receiving treatments at Anso Med Spa, you acknowledge the potential risks involved and agree to release Anso Med Spa from any liability. It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions that could affect your treatment and to update us with any changes.
